Training up to 6 Baristas at a time, we cover all aspects needed by the professional barista including coffee theory, the perfect espresso pour, micro-texturing milk, and latte art. Our training teaches baristas to push the bar higher, and gives them the tools to diagnose and solve their own problems. In essence, we teach the why, not only the how.
Our professional week-long training course takes place at our dedicated barista school and is structured as follows:
• lectures covering coffee theory & coffee preparation
• intensive, hands-on training, lasting 1-2 days
• supervised practice at Oro Nero Caffe HQ, lasting 2-3 days
Having a barista of this standard, combined with our coffee, will result in more coffee sold and a far higher level of customer satisfaction. In the present market this will be a competitive advantage. Soon, it will be an absolute minimum requirement for success in customer satisfaction.
